“Right-To-Represent”

Please read and confirm your acceptance of the following for Verity to represent you for the client requirements mentioned in our email:

1. Verity will be revealing to you the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of various businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Client”). You agree to be represented by Verity, even if your resume has been submitted to this client for this position by another agency, with or without your knowledge.

2. You agree that unless you are providing services to or on behalf of Verity, that for a period of 6 months immediately following the date of this agreement, you will not directly or indirectly work for or provide services to the specific Client, the identity of which has been disclosed to you by Verity, or after you have attended an interview arranged by Verity.

3. You agree that for a period of 6 months from the date of this agreement, you will not directly or indirectly disclose to any other person or entity the identity of any Client, including names, addresses or telephone numbers, disclosed to you by Verity.
